Call for Applications: SUPPORT WORKER & ASSISTANT FACILITATOR (Part-time)
We are looking for a person who is motivated and able to work under own initiative, while at the same time be part of a team. The ideal candidate for this post should willing to learn new helping skills and at the same time willing to assist others in developing their skills and wellbeing. We are looking for a person who is willing to commit to the long term with the organization, and be able to understand the nature of the Foundation’s functions.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an integral personality, while showing a disposition for understanding and be able to motivate and encourage people towards change in the simple performance of daily living skills. The person should be able to understand the dynamics of residential therapy and willing to learn to understand the nature of addiction.
A qualification and/or relevant experience in Social Care/Nursing Assistance would be an advantage. Training, both inhouse and from other institutions will be offered.
