DESCRIPTION:Official application form for the OASI Foundation Jump for Life event. \nJoin us for the 4th Edition of an end-of-year event to jump towards a new\, better way of life! \nDate: 28th December\, 2025 \nTime: 8:45am \nPlace: Xlendi Bay (next to the pier) \nChoose from the following list of activities: \n\nHike towards Sanap Cliffs at 9am\nKayak Trips to start from at 9:30am till 11.30am (Please check our Terms and Conditions for the Kayak Trip times).\nJump into the sea at 12pm\n\nEach activity is against a donation of €8 – or participate in all three activities for €20! \nActivities for Children will also be available. \n  \n\nKindly note that participants for any of the activities need to be over 18 years old or accompanied by a parent/guardian. \nIMPORTANT – Please make sure to read the Jump for Life Rules and Regulations  before applying for the event. \nFor further information or if you have any questions\, please call on 2156 3333 or send an email on prevention@oasi.org.mt \n  \n\nN.B.
